The year started with our sale, giving everyone the chance to get some bargain fabrics for backing a quilt or other quilting project. Also we are having a big change round inside the shop, a much needed tidy up, so we can (eventually) have a smart new look, but its been hard work! We have had some new fabrics in, as always, and there are some lovely ones. Gail and Judy have been busy designing new projects, patterns for the shop and also for practical crafts and cardmaking magazine- so look out for those. The terms project, a quillow made of the Wuthering heights range of fabric is proving very popular. Kits are available for £50.00 complete with instructions. Jean is recovering well from a recent operation, and should be back with us soon. On a sad note we have just heard that our lovely assistant Alex has passed away, after a short illness, our thoughts are with the family. Later in the year I would like to organise some sort of charity event for Cotswold care- in her memory. More news of this later. Look forward to seeing you at one of our events Happy stitching
